2.- Can special diets be followed?
Yes, in each of our Dämadi SweetHomes we create a concept of "home cooking" so that each of our breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and special treatments for our grandparents has a taste of home under high standards of nutritional quality. For this reason, we have the advice of specialist nutritionists who design the weekly menus.
3.- What are the visiting hours at Dämadi SweetHomes?

4.- Do you have a Nursing service?
Yes, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, under permanent and discreet, but effective monitoring.
Our Dämadi Permanent Nurse service consists of providing medications, consulting with the treating physician and addressing any concern regarding the health of each of our grandparents.
5.- Do you admit people with disabilities?
Yes, after evaluation of the following:
We must assess the level of disability to decide if we need to hire a private nurse paid by family members.
The disability allows the elderly to be attended by our current staff.
6.- Do you give them their medicines?
Yes, we have a record of the medication schedules and we have them divided into personalized pillboxes for maximum control of doses and schedules.
7.- Are visits accepted during the pandemic?
Depending on current “traffic light” regulations, visits are controlled or restricted, but we seek proximity alternatives through phone calls or videoconferences so that you and your grandparents remain united.
8.- With the pandemic, my family member's illnesses have grown exponentially, can you help us?
Of course, we have detected the same. The isolation caused by the pandemic has greatly deteriorated the physical and mental health of older adults. They need to interact, socialize, get involved in activities, etc. We have daily plans to stimulate and give them a great quality of life.
9.- Could you describe a day of activities?
8:00-10:00 am. - Bathroom supervised by nurses. They bathe, dress and rest the bathroom with supervision at all times without being invasive, but taking care of avoiding falls, which are very serious in older adults.
10:00-11:00 am. - Breakfast accompanied by the other residents. Each meal is a very pleasant moment of very good conversation. They generally make after-dinner conversation at every meal.

10.- Can we pay in advance?
If possible, we can give you a discount or a room upgrade.
11.- Can we decorate the room?
This is possible as long as harmony, hygiene and good spaces are maintained in the room.
12.- From what age do you admit residents?
It depends on the need and each specific case.
13.- If my family member wants to go out, can they assign a caregiver for that outing?
Yes, of course. After a caregiver is assigned, the resident must be in optimal conditions to be able to go outside. The cost of the caregiver / nurse for that day will be covered by the family members.
14.- If I live abroad, can you take care of my relative?
Yes, we currently have families of residents who live in Norway, the United States and within the Mexican Republic. We make a work plan with the families so that their older adult receives the best care and the comforts they deserve.
